Shipment processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders received before 2 pm on the day will be delivered the next day; orders made past 2 pm on the day will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Please note that offices are closed every Sunday and holidays, and no deliveries will be made on said days.  

For customers who are entitled to "FREE SHIPPING", please note that any charges such as village entrance fee, parking fee, etc. will be shouldered by the customer, and must be paid by the customer to the rider upfront. 

Due to the current pandemic and traffic situation, we can't commit on your preferred time, but rest assured that your item will be delivered.
